Meet Co-Author Dr. Theresa A. Moseley of Step Into Leadership Greatness, Leaders Producing Leaders, Volume 2
Dove Style Magazine had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Theresa A. Moseley about her chapter in the upcoming collaboration book project Step Into Leadership Greatness, Leaders Producing Leaders, Volume 2 by Visionary Dr. Jennifer Jones-Bryant. Dr. Moseley was also a contributor in Volume 1, so that is where we decided to start the conversation.
Being a part of the first volume was a great experience because she loves to network and follow her heart when deciding her next move. Because her involvement with the first book brought about some powerful connections and opportunities, she wanted to be a part of Volume 2 to network again with the other dynamic co-authors. Leadership is not foreign to Dr. Moseley as it has been a part of her life for an exceptionally long time. She has a lot to share with others about leadership and this book allowed her to express her views, experiences, and advice on how leaders should go about producing other leaders, especially in the area of Transformational Leadership.
In Volume 2, she will tackle the topic on a much deeper level to include the four I’s – Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individual Consideration. She believes that leadership is a role that individuals should possess in order to help grow an organization. She feels that growth is important for everyone, whether they realize it or not. Everyone will find themselves in a leadership role at some point in their lives, so they must be ready when the opportunity presents itself.
As a Veteran of the U.S. Army and an Educator in the Prince George’s County School System in Maryland for 28 years, she modeled leadership and loves everything about it. She enjoys building up others and teaching them the skills they need so that they are prepared to step in and lead when called.
Dr. Theresa A. Moseley is a Global International Speaker who has spoken all over the world, most recently in Paris.
Her mission is to continue providing inspirational and motivational speeches on world peace and Transformational Leadership while bringing people together in their communities and help to change the world in a positive way.
She has authored 12 books and is excited to add this one to her collection of powerful works. In 2021 she launched her business, TAM, Creating Ambassadors of Peace LLC. She is excited about her future endeavors which includes speaking engagements at the World Congress Convention on July 14th-15th in New York City and in Croatia on August 25th-26th.
As a speaker and writer, she discovered earlier in life that her voice is a gift and uses it to transform others into great leaders while promoting peace, because that’s what’s needed most throughout the entire world.
