Dove Style Magazine’s mission is to enlighten, empower, and inspire. We want to extend the olive branch to our readers, sharing useful information about finance, entertainment, education, etc. We want to shine the spotlight on people who are doing positive things and making a difference. DS Mag wants to share stories about people and places and events that are doing great things, sharing their skills, talents and knowledge. Lisa is a publisher of Dove Style Magazine. She also the co-author of two publications, acted in several web series and a movie. Yeah, acting too. She started as a contributing writer for a magazine out of California, before launching her own magazine, Dove Style Magazine. Lisa has had the opportunity to interview a variety of celebrities, like Stacy Lattisaw Jackson, Donald Lawrence, Tanya Blount, Reverend Joseph Lowery and Syleena Johnson among many others, as well as local talents, foundations and businesses from all over.

Media Entrepreneur is a great way to describe magazine publisher and radio co-host Lisa Dove Washington. Starting in high school, Lisa was using her gift to gab as an advice columnist for Dear Asil (Lisa spelled backward). After high school, she went to Spelman College in Atlanta and studied communications.
